Welcome to the mHealth Research Group at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Our lab is dedicated to pioneering research at the intersection of mobile health technologies and biomedical engineering. The mHealth Research Group aims to develop biomedical signal processing and machine learning algorithms for remote health monitoring and to prototype innovative mHealth devices to improve people’s health, overall well-being, and quality of life. We focus on creating cost-effective solutions that address the unique healthcare challenges faced by developing countries. Our expertise lies in enhancing the accuracy and reliability of health data such as ECG, EEG, and respiratory signals through advanced algorithms. By integrating artificial intelligence and deep learning, we are pushing the boundaries of predictive healthcare and diagnostic tools. Furthermore, our work in public health informatics ensures that our data-driven insights translate into effective healthcare policies, ultimately improving healthcare access and outcomes. At mHealth BUET, we are committed to interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation that advances global health.
